 All the varieties of dates sold are Grade A, best quality dates that come from different regions of the Arabian Peninsula.
- Plain dry dates
- Nut-filled dates with cashew nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecan and almonds.
- Dates filled with Orange and Lemon Peel
- Chocolate covered dates. White chocolate and milk chocolate is used to coat the dates. Some of the chocolate dates are also covered with coconut.

 Only A Grade nuts are sold at The Date & Nut Co. outlets. The nuts include, Brazil nuts, Macadamia nuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios and peanuts. Some of the nuts are smoked or have barbeque flavor. The outlets also sell corn with different flavors, premium quality rice crackers and green peas.

A premium selection of exotic dried fruits include, dried strawberries, slices of pear, pineapple, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, mango and guava. Other interesting items displayed and sold at the Date & Nut Co. are dried papaya cubes, star fruit and crystallized ginger.
